What is Performance Measurement and Improvement?

BRAXXON's Performance Management and Improvement (PMI) is a web enabled benchmark analytics solution. It gives clients access to leading edge analytics and metrics allowing baseline, benchmark and subsequent continuous improvement through proactive management against Best Practice, regulatory compliance requirements and Service Level Agreements.

The following benchmarks are currently available to clients:

  • Operational Excellence
  • MiFID re-certification
  • ARROW II
  • PMO Risk Assurance (PM2)

The client can complete the PMI benchmark on-line independently and assess the results internally. However, the recommended approach is for BRAXXON to conduct a workshop with key stakeholders to ensure that the review and subsequent responses accurately reflect the current state and generate meaningful metrics.
