BRAXXON's
Performance Management and Improvement
(PMI) is a web enabled benchmark analytics solution. It gives clients
access to leading edge analytics and metrics allowing baseline, benchmark and
subsequent continuous improvement through proactive management against Best
Practice, regulatory compliance requirements and Service Level Agreements.
The
following benchmarks are currently available to clients:
The client can complete the PMI benchmark on-line
independently and assess the results internally. However, the recommended
approach is for BRAXXON to conduct a workshop with key stakeholders to ensure
that the review and subsequent responses accurately reflect the current state
and generate meaningful metrics.
Configurable to support multiple and varied baseline/benchmark requirements (regulatory compliance, best practice, client service, RfP/RfI vendor selection process etc);
Provides empirical evidence to then drive prioritisation of business issues and subsequent remediation programmes
Supports capture and evaluation of new and emerging risks and / or changes to existing risks, providing the basis for a proactive risk management framework and continuous improvement programme
