Elizabeth Clarke-Watson specialises in organisational effectiveness and cultural change, topics upon which she has advised the Board of Glaxo amongst others. A visiting fellow to the Cranfield University Business School, she has written a number of books including one addressing the issues of change management, "The Essence of Change". Liz has an MBA from the London Business School.
