Working with a major Australian Bank to develop new business continuity processes and to implement and test the new BCM environment. The assignment comprised the selection of a third party business continuity service provider, the negotiating of corresponding SLA`s and the roll-out of the new BCM suite to support the wholesale banking business.
Meeting the needs of a Middle Eastern bank to develop and implement short, medium and long term contingency arrangements for a Shared Service Centre providing outsourced back office processing to its European branch network.
The provision of an experienced Interim Manager for the BCM function covering London and Europe for a leading Japanese bank.
