Chris has over fifteen years investment and wholesale banking experience gained in a variety of key strategic, commercial and delivery-orientated back office roles. Chris has shaped and executed a wide range of business solutions to deliver efficiency gains, enhanced revenues and cost savings across Treasury, Fixed Income and Equities transaction processing. He has spent the last ten years driving a commercialisation agenda for Operations through initiatives focussed on cost transparency, sourcing, group shared services and partner/JV opportunities. Chris has worked for several US and European houses including CSFB, NM Rothschild, Bank One and ABN Amro.

Mark Profeti

Mark Profeti - Senior Consultant

Mark has over twenty years experience within the Financial Services industry. He has performed a number of senior roles across middle office, operational and support functions for various retail securities brokerage houses, wholesale banking and fund management institutions including Nat West, ABN Amro and Foreign & Colonial. More recently, Mark has had extensive involvement in developing and delivering strategic programmes of work around market infrastructures (exchanges, trading networks, clearing houses, central securities depositories and central banks) for equities, bonds, exchange traded futures and options.

Supriti Vaidya - Senior Consultant

Supriti has over twenty years experience in the financial services sector, fifteen of which have been with BRAXXON. She has worked both as a BRAXXON consultant at a number of major global investment banks and directly for CSFB, and has managed both front office and back office projects. She has worked across a wide range of business and product areas including Treasury, Securities and Equities, and has extensive experience across the sourcing and implementation lifecycle. She has also worked on merger and divestiture programmes, organisational structuring and wealth management programmes. Supriti has a BSc in Mathematics and an MSc in Computer Science.
