Recent assignments include:

Global Agency Broker with Operations based in Dublin. To move middle and back office operations from a third-party outsourced service provider back in-house. BRAXXON was responsible for assessing third-party service provider and vendor solutions to provide full transaction processing capability around settlement and clearing. This involved a review of the current state operating model and development of a future state operating model including consolidation of the agent bank network.

Tier 1 London-based bank with global presence. To 'airlift' middle and back office operations from Paris and consolidate in London. BRAXXON was responsible for migration planning
and delivery.

London-based investment banking subsidiary of major
Japanese bank. To review front-to-back trade flow for both cash
and derivative products. BRAXXON delivered a programme of
organisational, process and systems changes to mitigate operational
risk and achieve efficiency gains.
